Payment policy
Paper2Play accepts Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Paypal. We do not accept money orders or checks. We are required to collect sales tax from residents of British Columbia.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. No credits or adjustments will be issued for price changes
Ordering Policy
Paper2play is an Internet Online Retail Store ONLY. There is no printed catalog or storefront to visit. We do not sell wholesale. We only accept orders placed through the website. No phone or fax orders.
Email confirmations of orders placed through the shopping cart are generated automatically.If you place an order and do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us so we may investigate.
We do our best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. However, out of stock conditions do exist occasionally. If an item is out of stock, it will be removed from your order and the order shipped.
We do not backorder. If you want to notified if a product is out of stock, please let us know in the comments section of your order.
Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. At Paper2Play.com, we make every effort to process (pack and ship) your order as quickly as possible, while making sure that your order is both accurate and carefully packaged.
You will be able to choose your shipping method at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the total package including the box, the requested shipping speed and the distance of travel.
We use the services of Canada Post for delivery of our parcels. Should you wish your package to be shipped using a different carrier, please let us know & in these cases, exact shipping charges will apply.
If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply place the item(s) in your cart, enter your shipping address, and press Estimated shipping. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information.
Please Note: We do not ship C.O.D. For larger orders, we often attach insurance or request delivery confirmations, which is paid for by Paper2Play.com.
Orders processing
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering 1-2 business days. Our shipping department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays as well as all statutory holidays. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday or Tuesday.
Transit Times
We are located in New Westminster, British Columbia (Canada), which means that some orders mailed to the East Coast, or outside of this country, may not arrive as quickly as orders mailed to destinations that are closer to us.
Please note: Occasionally, orders may take longer to process than stated due to large order volumes associated with holidays, special promotions, or delays associated with the carrier. International orders pass through customs, which may add additional delays.
Returns & Exchanges
We want your shopping experience to be a positive one! We do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Please let us know if an order doesn't meet your satisfaction in any way, so we may have the opportunity to make it right!
Returns are accepted within 14 days on regular priced merchandise in it's original packaging and unopened or unused, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds do not apply to shipping charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please notify us prior to any returns.
Warranty issues and claims of manufacture defect after the 14 day period must be made to the manufacturer. (but still let us know so we can monitor the quality of products we offer, and possibly help you get in contact with the company.)
All sales are final on sale and clearance items. Papers, magazines, and books are not returnable.
